Frequent Flyers Productions (Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance) seeks a full-time Executive Director to lead its next chapter of growth in Boulder, Colorado. This hybrid role reports to the Board of Directors and offers compensation of $95,000-$111,000.

The Executive Director leads strategy, organizational priorities, budgeting and financial oversight, fundraising and donor relationships, staff development, program oversight, board partnership and governance, external communications, and community relationships. The role requires a hands-on nonprofit leader who can guide an organization through change while strengthening operations, culture, and long-term sustainability.

Required: prior nonprofit executive leadership experience; responsibility for strategy, staff, finances, fundraising and operations; budgeting and forecasting; demonstrated fundraising success; staff supervision and development; Board partnership; strong communication, prioritization, delegation and change-leadership skills; and willingness to work a limited number of evenings and weekends for performances, events and fundraising. Experience in performing arts, arts education, cultural organizations, Boulder/Denver networks, revenue development, capital campaigns or facilities initiatives is desired.
