POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Facilitator plays a key role in expanding Springboard’s reach by actively promoting our educational programs to schools and community partners. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with school administrators, identifying programming needs, and matching those needs with Springboard’s offerings. Equally important, the Program Facilitator builds and maintains strong relationships with our roster of teaching artists—ensuring they are supported, scheduled effectively, and aligned with school needs. In addition to program coordination and administrative support, this role serves as a front-line ambassador for our mission—driving earned revenue, ensuring high-quality program delivery, and fostering a vibrant community of educators and artists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as a primary point of contact for schools, promoting Springboard’s programs and customizing offerings to meet their needs.

Proactively identify and pursue new school partnerships to meet earned revenue goals.

Conducts outreach campaigns, presentations, and follow-ups to increase program adoption.

Maintains strong relationships with school and district leaders to encourage repeat engagement and referrals.

Works collaboratively with a team of program specialists to deliver arts-integrated education to students and teachers throughout the St. Louis metro region.

Assists with the research, writing, and reporting of grants.

TEACHING ARTIST ENGAGEMENT & SCHEDULING

Builds and maintains strong engagement with teaching artists, serving as their primary liaison for program logistics.

Coordinates all aspects of teaching artist scheduling, contracting, and communication to ensure smooth program delivery.

Supports teaching artist onboarding, training, and professional development opportunities.

PROGRAM COORDINATION

Assists with program curriculum development and evaluation.

Coordinates all aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, contracting, invoicing, and curriculum planning.

Manages large-scale programming requests, district-wide initiatives and/or year-long programming.

Oversees assigned program culminating events with community partners, as needed.

Assists in the development, assembly and distribution of Arts & Learning Family Packs.

DATA & EVALUATION

Maintains accurate program data in customer relationship management system.

Assists with programmatic data collection, analysis and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.

· Experience in sales, outreach, or customer relationship management.

SKILLS & COMPENTENCIES

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.

· Classroom and/or curriculum development experience, preferred.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM/database).

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or meetings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When full-time, this is an exempt position eligible for Springboard’s benefits package. The role requires a minimum 40-hour work week. Salary is commensurate with experience.
