The Marketing Specialist supports the growth and visibility of TeamMates Mentoring by developing and executing creative, effective marketing and communication strategies. This position plays an active role in strengthening the TeamMates brand, telling the story and impact of mentoring, supporting mentor recruitment, and providing marketing resources to local chapters.

As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Specialist is expected to take ownership of projects, manage multiple priorities, bring forward new ideas, and move initiatives from concept through completion.
