Leadership Giving Lead

The Leadership Giving Lead is a strategic frontline fundraiser and mentor who will drive philanthropic support for Colorado Public Radio while coaching other Gift Officers. This role is designed for an experienced gift officer who knows the donor cycle well and has a track record of securing high-level six-figure gifts. You’ll manage a portfolio of donors while serving as a team lead, coach, and mentor. This role is ideal for someone with strong fundraising experience who wants to share their knowledge and grow their leadership skills.
