SUMMARY OF POSITION

As Vice President of Nonprofit Sales you will participate in the development and execution of a sales plan to grow revenues and to raise market presence, and coordinate a business development effort through strategic planning, superior customer service, and client retention. You will be an integral member of a growing organization with a dedicated leadership team. This position is remote.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell the company’s deposit and liquidity-related products to nonprofit organizations such as charities, religious organizations, colleges and universities.
• Produce consistent, quarterly growth in sales as measured by deposit balances outstanding with clients.
• Serve as the spokesperson for your market, promoting with integrity and professionalism the company’s brand.
• Participate in coordinating sales efforts and contribute to the organization’s success by establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients. Network within centers of influence such as seminars, community involvement, and industry events and be active in appropriate associations.
• Formulate, implement, and evaluate written annual and quarterly business plans.
• Produce weekly status reports.
• Utilize company provided customer relationship management software.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and leads.

COMPENSATION

$60k base salary plus commission. Total compensation for a successful VP is projected to be $100k to $250k
