Chief People Officer

The Chief People Officer for Mazzoni Center is a dynamic executive leader responsible for developing and executing a strategy to ensure optimal organizational performance through the selection, development, retention, and engagement of our people. They will provide coordinated leadership, strategy, direction, and guidance to ensure effective administration of the Human Resources function. This position oversees all human resources functions, maintaining authority for employment, compensation, benefits administration, wellness, employee relations, labor relations, and policy development/administration. The role involves demonstrating leadership, compliance with employment legislation, and working to support the organization’s strategic goals while promoting a positive culture.
