Business Training Manager

More Than Words (MTW) is a nonprofit social enterprise that empowers youth who are in foster care, court involved, homeless, or out of school to take charge of their lives by managing a retail and online used book business. MTW seeks a Business Training Manager (BTM) responsible for managing shifts and coaching youth at the Waltham site, with a focus on maximizing profitability and training.
