Program Manager

We are seeking an engaged and energetic addition to our team. This position involves working directly with high-achieving, low-income, first-generation college-bound high school students and their parents in the metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson area to facilitate STEP’s College Prep and Leadership Program. The main responsibilities include organizing college-prep workshops, advising students during their college preparation and application process, and outreach to students and counselors.
